| The Chi to Wellness. |
| Our bodies emit a natural bio-energy that Traditional Asian therapies call “CHI”. (Chi in Chinese, Ki in Japanese, Prana in Yoga traditions) This Chi is known to reflect and influence our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. This is the basis of acupuncture, a number of massage therapies and other traditional therapies. |

|
 |
| The importance of flowing Chi. |
| When the Chi energy in the body is flowing, then there is health in mind and body according to Traditional Asian principles. Stress, negative thoughts and emotions can prevent the flow of Chi in the body resulting in physical sicknesses over time. Conversely, happy, positive and balanced thoughts and emotions create better chi flow for the person influencing better health. |

| The Sattvah method of creating better Chi Flow. |
| The Sattvah Method is about combining techniques and practices from various bio-energy medicine therapies to facilitate optimum Chi flow in the body. Each session may have a different combination depending on the person’s needs. |
|
|
| |
| Chi Gong practice |
| Basic Chi Gong is like Tai Chi. It’s mindful, flowing movements enhance the flow of Chi creating a light relaxed feeling. Chi Gong is practiced as a way to manage stress, improve mind-body health and to prepare the person for other energy therapy modalities. |

| Meditation practice |
| Anybody can meditate. Calming the mind, like all skills needs practice. Once one can sit or stand in stillness, many benefits can be realized such as: Alleviation of stress, calmer disposition, better emotional management skills, better focus, memory and discernment. Meditation is practiced as a group or to prepare the person for other therapies. |

| Verbal Articulation. |
| This method is accomplished by the person undergoing the therapy to just agree or just say “Yes” to the suggestion, thought, or question to releasing the energy that’s causing stress and sickness. |
|
|
| |
| Sattvah Hands-On Energy Balancing |
| This method is a combination of hands-on energy techniques where energy blockages are released to facilitate a sense of relaxation and inner calm. There is no massage or pressure in the touches. The therapists just “facilitate” the Chi energy flow to the person being balanced. A catharsis of emotions may come about with the balancing energy. The techniques and principles are taken from schools such as Access, Brahma Satyah Reiki, Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine. |

| Group Healings & Seminars |
 | Group sessions are also possible and are also fun. It’s always fun to release stress in the company of friends. We also provide educational programs for integrating energy therapies into conventional healing methods. |
|
|
|
| |
We apply the concepts of Natural Energy Wellness for company or organizational wellness. We believe that group and team harmony begins with harmony with the self. When the individual is balanced in mind and body, the group will be balanced. Our team building modules are based on the principles of Tai Chi and Yin and Yang harmony. |
| |
| Sattvah Wellness Group does not advocate energy therapies as a substitute for conventional medicine. They are an excellent complement to modern medicine, psychotherapy and counselling. It is advised to keep consulting with medical professionals who are open to such methods and who understand the value they bring. |
